1 General Provisions

By using the online gaming platform https://winbf.cam operated by winbf (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we" or "us"), you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "member") automatically agree to these terms and conditions. This document shall be considered a binding agreement under the legal framework of Bangladesh.

3 Account Management

• winbf is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access, unless it is caused by a fault in our systems.
• In the event of death or incapacity, a legal heir may claim the account balance by submitting the appropriate official documents.
• The balance of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 365 days) may be deducted after prior email notice has been sent.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals Policy

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before requesting a withdrawal, ensure that all bonus wagering requirements have been met. Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly until they have been wagered at least once. If fraud is suspected, winbf reserves the right to hold the withdrawal until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.2 VIP Program

The winbf VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on active play history and participation on the platform. Cashback is credited directly to the account and is withdrawable subject to applicable terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, bonus arbitrage, or any other form of abuse of the bonus system will result in immediate account closure and cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on winbf are operated fairly and transparently. The following general gaming rules must be followed:

• Winnings obtained as a result of a technical error may be considered void where applicable.

• Playing games using automated bots or software.
• Harassment of other members or use of inappropriate language.
• Deliberately exploiting any software bug or vulnerability.
• Operating an account or placing bets on behalf of a minor.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the winbf platform — logos, trademarks, graphic designs, software code, text, and multimedia materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Reuse, copying, distribution, or use of these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Members are granted a limited, revocable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, winbf shall not be liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or failure of third-party services.
• Service disruption due to force majeure (natural disaster, war, epidemic, or government directive).
• Loss caused by a fault in the member's own device or network.
• Any loss resulting from the user's negligence or breach of these terms.

10 Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Closure by the User

Any member may request closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. All valid balances may be withdrawn prior to account closure, subject to applicable terms.

winbf reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
• Provision of false or incomplete information.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.
